Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
We will email you tracking once it has been shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
once an order is placed, you have 24 hrs to cancel.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact our support team at [email protected] Eligible items may be returned for store CREDIT ONLY. Return items must be in original condition, unworn, uncut, or altered in any way. We do not do REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. We will gladly issue a store credit in the form of an e-gift card to the email address on file. Store credit can be used immediately and never expires. When returning, we recommend using a traceable service, such as USPS, FEDEX, UPS. Please also remember that you are responsible for return shipping charges.
1- Hair and bundles must be intact. The hair cannot be altered in any way. The hair cannot be cut, colored or processed, or it voids any exchanges.
2- Hair cannot be shipped back damp or wet, or it will void exchanges.
3- All Jewels, candles, reed diffusers, perfume and so on are final sale . Unfortunately we can not provide exchanges
4- Always make sure reviewed all items in the cart before finalize the payment.
